Shipment Tracking

After order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with the carrier and a tracking number. From here, you can look up the status of your shipment here.

Processing Time

Our distribution center is open Monday through Friday. Our order processing time might take up to 1- 2 business days*. After order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

*If you place your order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.


Order Cancellation and Change Request

We accept 12 hours​’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Please feel free to contact us. ​We're available 24/7 at

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee after order has been shipped out.

Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns to ensure our staff's safety.  Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions. We are happy to assist you!  

Missing Order
We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery of the package. We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to ensure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.
